General Terms & Conditions

By accessing BengalBad (bengalbad.com) or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between BengalBad and the user.

BengalBad reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the platform and, where possible, communicated to registered email addresses. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions were written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi users. However, the English version shall be considered the final authority on all legal matters.

• These terms apply to all users — both new and existing.
• It is BengalBad's policy to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
• If you disagree with any of these terms, we ask that you refrain from using the platform.
• In any dispute, the decision of BengalBad's management shall be final.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account with BengalBad, you must meet certain basic eligibility requirements. These apply equally to all users without exception.

Registration Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older. A national ID card or passport may be requested to verify your age.
• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.
• Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
• Only one account may be registered per email address.
• A single mobile number and payment method can only be linked to one account.

KYC Verification

BengalBad follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure secure and transparent transactions. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Required documents for KYC:

1. A clear photo of your National ID Card (NID) or passport
2. Selfie — holding your ID in hand
3. Proof of payment method (bKash/Nagad number verification)
4. Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, if required)

Bonus & Promotion Terms

BengalBad's bonuses and promotions are designed to give players added value. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within 7 days of registration. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the combined total of the deposit and bonus amount.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only valid on select games — not all games. Visit the Promotions Page for full details on each bonus.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Once expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — unless otherwise specified.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, BengalBad reserves the right to void the bonus and investigate the account.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred friend must successfully register and complete their first deposit.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on BengalBad are fully secure and transparent. We support the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh to make your deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 BDT. Maximum limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other mobile banking methods.
• Deposits are usually processed instantly. If there's a delay for any reason, please contact support.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — payments must be made from your own account only.

Withdrawal Rules

• KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. No withdrawal requests will be handled without it.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Unusually large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Game & Betting Rules

All games on BengalBad are sourced from internationally certified providers. Every game outcome is fair and determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator).

• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which can be found in the game's information section.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet placed for that round will be refunded.
• A game round cannot be cancelled once it has started.
• Any attempt to manipulate games or exploit software bugs for an unfair advantage will result in permanent account closure.
• The Live Casino dealer's decision is final; our bet refund policy applies in the event of a connection issue.
• The minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game are displayed within the game interface.

Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on BengalBad. These restrictions are firmly enforced to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure a fair experience for all players.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — such as attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through game hacking or the use of bots.
• Using BengalBad for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other players or staff.
• Using third-party software or systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating an account with false information or submitting fraudulent documents during KYC verification.

If any of the prohibited activities listed above are proven, BengalBad reserves the right to suspend the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary — without prior notice.

Account Closure & Suspension

BengalBad reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation. Users may also request to close their own account at any time.

Account Closure by BengalBad

• If evidence of a violation is found, the account will be suspended immediately.
• Your account may be locked during an investigation, and you will be informed of the outcome once it concludes.
• If prohibited activity is proven, the account balance will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.
• Failure to submit KYC documents, or submission of fraudulent documents, will result in account closure.

To close your account yourself

To close your account, email support@bengalbad.com. You will be given the opportunity to complete any pending withdrawals before closure. To reactivate a closed account, contact support — it may be reinstated following verification.

Responsible Gaming

BengalBad believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not financial stress. That's why we take responsible gaming protections seriously and stay proactive about player wellbeing.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to stay in control of your spending.
• Loss Limit: If your losses reach a set amount, your game session will automatically end.
